绩效考核在人力资源管理中的应用内 容 提 要绩效考核是企业人力资源管理的重要手段,它不仅能优化企业的人力资源,而且能营造企业与员工共同成长的组织氛围,充分发挥团队精神。薪酬不仅仅是劳动的报酬,在一个团队中更是个人价值的认可,为了避免员工羽毛丰满就跳槽离职的现象,企业应当根据自身的实际情况,利用绩效考核这一人力资源管理的重要手段。本文由介绍绩效考核的含义概念等开始,介绍绩效考核在人力资源管理中的应用,同时介绍绩效考核失败的案例,旨在说明绩效考核不是万能的也存在缺陷需要改进然后针对存在的缺陷提出应对措施。本文按照文章内容分为五部分。第一部分,绩效考核的目的意义及运用,介绍基本概念及绩效考核怎么运用第二部分,绩效考核在人力资源管理中的应用,主要介绍作用。第三部分,通过索尼使用绩效考核的失败案例指出绩效考核存在缺陷和问题第四部分,针对第三部分提出的缺陷和问题提出改进措施。关键词:绩效考核 人力资源管理 应用 ABSTRACTPerformance appraisal is an important means of enterprise human resources management, it can not only optimize enterprise human resources, but also can create organizational atmosphere of enterprise and staff grow up together, give full play to the team spirit.
