摘 要本研究采用阿替洛尔(Atenolol,简称 ATL)进行试验,通过实验室模拟自然水生条件初步探究 ATL 对锦鲫抗氧化防御系统的毒性大小及机理,探究 ATL 对锦鲫肝脏的氧化应激系统损伤,本实验通过测定抗氧化指标 SOD 和 CAT,评估了用不同浓度 ATL 长时间暴露下(30 天),ATL 对锦鲫肝脏抗氧化防御系统的损伤情况,比较不同剂量 ATL 毒作用的差别。由实验可得知将锦鲫暴露于 ATL100mg/kg 会使锦鲫CAT 活性下降,酶活受到抑制,说明锦鲫的抗氧化系统受到损伤,阿替洛尔能对锦鲫产生致毒作用。关键词:阿替洛尔;锦鲫;肝细胞;SOD;CAT;氧化损伤;生物毒性AbstractIn this study, atenolol (ATL) was used to study the toxicity and mechanism of ATL on the antioxidant defense system of Carassius auratus, and the damage of ATL on the oxidative stress system of Carassius auratus liver.
