摘 要驰名我国小学语文教育界的于永正老师，他在多年教学工作中形成自己的教学艺术，他的教育理念与目前倡导的素质教育理念相符。领会学习其教学思想，教学艺术对青年教师改进教学方法，贯彻课程标准，具有重要的引导作用。本文拟通过于永正的专业成长及其教育观念，解读其教学艺术。然后，赏析艺术特点分别组织结构，板书和语言三方面探究。最后，积极将其教育理念和教育实践应用于青年教师自身的课堂实践，将素质教育落到实处，将因改革走入误区的教师指明方向，从而达到语文教学质量的教师队伍的整体提高。并且也为今后的教育改革提供新思想。咸阳师范学院 2013 届本科毕业毕业论文（设计） 关键词：于永正；语文教育；教学艺术 I AbstractYu Yongzheng is our country famous primary school Chinese teacher. Studying his teaching philosophy will have far-reaching significance to improve the teaching idea,reform the classroom teaching and to better implement the curriculum standard of teachers.This paper through case analysis and literature research methods,analyses Yu Yongzheng's Chinese teaching way. First of all, from the professional growth of Yu Yongzheng and its teaching view,interpretation of the art of Chinese teaching for Yongzheng road.Then, it focuses on three aspects: the art of teaching organization structure, the art of writing on the blackboard and the art of language, to explain the specific performance of Yu Yongzheng's teaching art in Chinese activities, and to appreciate the artistic features of Chinese teaching of Yu Yongzheng.Finally, Based on the present situation of education, this paper summarizes the Enlightenment of Yu Yongzheng's Chinese teaching to the current Chinese Education.
