新国防交通法背景下公路运输企业管理策略研究摘要：新国防交通法是基于我国当前不断发展的经济和交通环境制定，符合我国经济发展和社会发展需求。公路运输企业是我国公路运输事业开展而定重要构成也是公路运输的经济实体。因以往的监管不足以及部分公路运输企业故意逃避监管，造成我国公路交通运输中危险事故时有发生，同时也存在偷税、漏税、危害国防安全事件发生，新国防交通法的建立，就是要有效规避这类事情的发生。由此，也才有了本文对新国防交通法背景下公路运输企业管理策略研究。关键词：新国防交通法；公路运输企业；企业管理ABSTRACT: The new national defense traffic law is formulated on the basis of China's current developing economic and traffic environment, which meets the needs of China's economic development and social development. Highway transportation enterprise is an important part of highway transportation in China, and it is also an economic entity of highway transportation. Due to insufficient supervision in the past and deliberate evasion of supervision by some highway transportation enterprises, dangerous accidents often occur in highway transportation in China.
