高级管理人员年龄结构与其工作绩效关系分析安徽工业大学经济学院 李致平 肖转乔1摘要:年龄是人们最关怀的劳动者的特征之一,本文通过对高级管理人员年龄结构比例及其工作绩效的分析,发现年龄结构比例与高级管理人员的工作绩效和薪酬水平显著不相关,而与公司规模显著正相关;另外,不同行业之间高级管理人员年龄结构也有一定的差异,最后本文指出,良好的脑力群体应有合理的年龄结构比例
