基于JavaEE的银行人事管理系统的设计与实现 (2)

摘 要本文围绕银行人事管理系统的设计与开发，涉及的技术较多，分析了传统的银行人事管理存在的问题，具有较强的实际意义。本系统运用 Web 开发技术，根据调研分析，弄清现代银行人事管理系统的研发需求。该系统能够为管理员、员工等各类参与者提供便利，是互联网+传统人事管理的一种新形式，大大方便了银行的人事事务。本文采用 JSP 作为开发语言，系统的数据管理采用 MySQL 来处理，实证分析表明本设计的思路是可行的。开发一个更加完善的银行人事管理系统，需要经过不断测试及完善。目前，该系统已经能够实现基本功能。关键词：银行人事，JSP，MySQLI题 目 ： 基于 JavaEE 的银行人事管理系统的设 计与实现 AbstractThis article focuses on the design and development of the bank's personnel management system, which involves more technologies and analyzes the problems of traditional bank personnel management.
