毕 业 设 计(教务处制表) 摘要:此次的课程是以现今中小型工厂的实际生产且结合本人在大学课程中所学的专业知识,以及网络上的工程设计师在工艺制造过程中总结出的一些经验来完成这个铣刀的结构、尺寸,和加工这个端铣刀的工艺规程。此次设计的刀具采用的是阶梯式的工作模式来加工工件,在工厂的实际生产中,为以更高的产率来完成所需任务,加工的方法一般为选用径向错移量比较大的单组阶梯式铣刀进行铣削切削。这一种方法可以有效的排出废屑,发热量也比较低,所以刀具的寿命也会有所延长。为了继续沿用这种优秀的工作方式,我特意在网络上收集大量该方面的资料来分析怎样才能让这种刀具能够完美的应用在工厂中以达到工厂所需的生产需求,去证明这样设计的刀具是可行的、是具有未来前景的、是可以在中小型机械加工工厂全面推广使用的。Absrtact: This course is to complete the structure, dimension of the milling cutter and the process specification of processing the end milling cutter based on the actual production of small and medium-sized factories and the professional knowledge I have learned in the university course, as well as some experience summed up by the engineering designers on the network in the process of manufacturing.
