摘 要随着经济的发展,以及国家“大众创业,万众创新”的政策支持,企业成立的过程大大简化,成立门槛降低,越来越多的企业成立,而其中民营企业更是发展迅速,但却普遍存在着诸如员工关系不规范以及管理不和谐等问题,为了企业与员工的共同发展,二者实现双赢,要求企业必须注重员工关系管理的有关问题。企业的员工关系管理,在企业发展中的地位越来越重要,本文对目前中小企业的员工关系管理中普遍存在的问题进行了探讨,提出通过强化企业高层领导认知,建立良好劳资关系,建立健全企业福利保障体系等,来培养良好的员工关系管理氛围,为企业的发展打造坚实基础。关键词:民营企业;员工关系;双赢;员工关系管理ABSTRACTWith the development of economy, as well as the policy support of "mass entrepreneurship, mass innovation", the process of establishing enterprises has been greatly simplified, the threshold of establishment has been lowered, and more enterprises have been established, and among them, private enterprises have developed rapidly.
