I 题 目：内蒙古 X 牧业产成品库存优化 摘 要随着我国经济的发展和人们生活水平的提高，人们对生活品质有了更高的要求，肉类食品消费在居民的生活中也越来越重要，因此，要求肉制品行业必须为顾客提供质量高、选择多样、价格合理的产品，以及更好的服务，基于以上要求，肉制品生产企业中库存控制的重要性就越来越高，库存控制在食品生产企业中的地位举足轻重。本文以内蒙古 X 牧业产成品库存为研究对象，对该企业进行调查研究，根据企业的基本情况以及产成品库存的现状进行阐述和分析，并找出企业如库存产成品的分类体系不完善、库存策略制度不明确以及产成品库存积压且预测失准等现有问题，然后针对上述问题，综合运用 ABC 分类法，对企业产成品进行合理分类，对分至不同类别的产品运用定量补货、定期补货的不同库存控制策略，明确企业安全库存的设置，通过运用指数平滑法、季节指数法和回归分析预测三种方法实施预测，提高企业 销售量以及生产补货量的准确性，以达到对企业产成品库存优化的目的。关键字：库存优化；产成品；ABC 分类法；需求预测IIABSTRACTWith the development of China's economy and the improvement of people's living standards, people have higher requirements for the quality of life, and the consumption of meat food is becoming more and more important in people's life.
