1中 文 题目：“ 互 联 网 +” 背 景 下 废 旧 手机 回 收 渠 道 模 式 的 研 究 —— 以 “ 爱 回 收 ” 为 例英 文 题目：Research on the recycling channel mode of waste mobile phones under the background of "Internet +" - taking "love recycling" as an example1摘 要随着互联网和信息技发展越来越成熟，手机更新换代越来越快，消费者对废旧手机的环境危害以及回收价值不够了解，污染环境的同时，造成大量的资源被浪费，随着互联网+传统行业的结合越来越多，“互联网+回收”模式也慢慢形成。目前，国内外还是对传统的回收模式研究颇多，对这种新型回收模式研究较少，而利用互联网整合技术对回收行业透明化，规范化，适应多变的市场环境有重要意义，值得去深入研究。本文集中阐述了“互联网+回收”回收渠道模式，对现存的传统回收渠道以及其优劣势进行分析后，引入了一种新的回收渠道，即“互联网+回收”。以其中典型“爱回收”为例进行分析，通过使用问卷调查法、模糊综合评价法，对传统的回收渠道模式以及新型“互联网+回收渠道模式就消费者的认可程度进行分析，基于四个部分，7 个角度对四种废旧手机回收渠道模式进行对比分析，得出消费者对“爱回收”废旧手机回收渠道模式比较认可的结论。同时对“爱回收”现存的各中问题进行提出对应得解决方式:扩大信息宣传，完善回收体验，整合现存资源等。就"互联网+回收"回收渠道模式提出了个人看法：“互联网+回收”渠道模式将逐渐取代传统的回收模式，但是走向成熟还有很多路要走。关键词：“互联网+回收” 废旧手机 回收渠道模式11AbstractWith the development of Internet and information technology is more and more mature, the mobile phone update faster and faster, consumer environmental hazards and the recycling of waste mobile phone value is not enough to understand, pollute the environment at the same time, causing a lot of resources are wasted, with the combination of the traditional Internet + industry more and more, "recycling" Internet + model also gradually formed.
