To conclude the existing problems in the Qingkailing Injections and put forward solutions to solve it. Methods: A literature review was conducted and the methods of classification and summarization were applied. Results and Conclusion: Fingerprint technology is widely used in quality control of Qingkailing Injections. However, more research work is still needed to set up full-scale standards.[Keywords] fingerprint; Qingkailing Injections; quality control; research progress中国医药源远流长，从神农尝百草开始，至今已有数千年历史。随着医药工业的发展，新的中药剂型不断出现，特别是中药注射液的出现及其在临床上的广泛应用，为中药现代化开辟了新的道路，但目前我国中药注射液的质量控制水平较低，无法适应其未来发展的要求，中药的现代化、国际化“瓶颈”就在质量控制上 [1]。由于历史发展的局限性中医中药学在许多方面还停留在“知其然而不知其所以然”的阶段。近年来，由于对中药内在成分的稳定性、一致性和相对可控性不够明确，从而造成临床疗效的一致性、稳定性也较差的现象。针对这种情况我国全力开发中药指纹图谱技术，而且在 2000 年 8 月国家食品药品监督管理局颁布了《中药注射剂指纹图谱研究的技术要求（暂行）》[2]，要求对目前已经生产的所有注射液进行指纹图谱研究，...
