护患纠纷的原因分析及防范与处理【摘要】 目的 总结护患纠纷产生的原因，提升护理人员防范护患纠纷的能力。方法 回顾 2025 年 1 月～2025 年 12 月产生的护患纠纷，进行原因分析，找出防范与处理办法。结果 通过严格管理，加强法律知识、业务知识学习以及规章制度的落实，护患纠纷逐年下降。结论 通过对护患纠纷的原因分析，提出防范与处理的方法，为完善护理服务，建立和谐护患关系，维护护患双方合法权益，减少护患纠纷提供了帮助。【关键词】 护患纠纷；防范；处理 ［Abstract］ Objective To summarize the reasons causing nurse-patient disputes，promote nurse’s ability of guarding against disputes. Methods We retrospectively studied the nurse-patient disputes from to ，analyzed the causes and found out the methods of guarding against and dealing with. Results Through strictly management，strengthening the study of law and operation，and carrying out of bylaw，the nurse-patient disputes reduced year by The analysis on causes of nurse-patient disputes，and advancing of method of guarding against and dealing with can give help to set up harmony nurse-patient relationship and reduce nurse-patient disputes. ［Key words］ protect to sufler from disputes;guard against;processing 随着医疗法制建设的不断完善，患者自我保护意识、法律意识的增强及医务人员法制观念、自我保护意识的滞后，医疗纠纷逐年上升，对纠纷的处理已由法律诉讼取代了行政处理，一旦引起纠纷，处理结果往往就是法律责任和赔偿问题。这使广阔医护人员面临着很大的挑战。因此，蚌埠市第一人民医院从 2025 年 1 月成立了“医患办公室”，由分管院长兼任办公室主任，另外配置一名专职副主任和接待员参加纠纷投诉的接待、调解与处理，全面地了解工作中的不足及患者的需求，吸取教训，改进不足，减少医患、护患纠纷的发生。 1 我院护患纠纷投诉情况 蚌埠市第一人民医院从 2025 年 1 月～2025年 12 月，共接待各类纠纷的投诉 282 起，与护士有关的 27 起，占全院总数的%。其中对收费质疑、不满意的 7 起，服务态度差的 5 起，输液错误的 4 起，特别用药外渗引起组织坏死形成瘢痕的...
