排石胶囊对肾结石模型大鼠的防治作用【摘要】 目的观察排石胶囊对肾结石模型大鼠的防治作用,初步探讨其作用机制。方法采纳乙二醇加氯化铵法制作大鼠肾结石模型,观察排石胶囊同步给药后对大鼠 24 h 排尿量、肾脏器系数、肾组织病理学、血清尿素氮、肌酐、钙含量及肾组织钙含量、24 h 尿钙分泌量影响。结果排石胶囊可显着增加 24 h 排尿量、降低大鼠的肾组织肿胀,明显减少肾组织内草酸钙结晶、肾小管扩张程度、坏死及炎性渗出等,显着降低血清尿素氮(BUN)、肌酐(Crea)水平,显着降低肾组织钙含量和 24 h 尿钙分泌量。结论 排石胶囊可增加排尿量、促进肾和血液中 Ca2+排泄和代谢,减轻大鼠肾组织因结石引起的损伤和病变,减少肾内草酸钙结晶,从而防治肾结石。【关键词】 排石胶囊 肾结石 动物疾病模型 Abstract:ObjectiveTo observe the preventive effects of Paishi Capsule on experimental renal calculus in rats, and explore its mechanism. MethodsThe rat model of renal calcium oxalate stones was induced by administrating ethylene glycol and ammonia 24 h urinary output, coefficient and histopathological status of kidneys, the serum creatinnine and blood urea nitrogen levels, renal tissue calcium content and 24 h urinary calcium were Capsule could markedly increase the 24 h urinary output and decrease the degrees of the kidneys swelled in rats, decrease the calcium oxalate deposits in the kidneys and the pathological change degrees of the kidneys.The serum creatinnine and blood urea nitrogen levels were decreased significantly, and the renal tissue calcium content and 24 h urinary calcium were decreased significantly. ConclusionPaishi Capsule can increase the urinary output, improve the elimination and metabolism of Ca2+ in the blood and kidneys, decrease the damage caused by the renal stone, obviously inhibit the formation of the kidney calcium oxalate stone in rats.
