摩擦磨损试验机结构毕业设计方案摩擦磨损试验机结构设计摘要先进的摩擦磨损试验机及试验技术对于摩擦学讨论的深化开展有着重意义。本文在对摩擦磨损试验机的进展概况、分类、特点,摩擦磨损试验的目的、试验的基本方法等进行综合分析的基础上,建立了摩擦磨损试验机的要求明细表,通过功能分析确定试验机的整体结构,从主机的结构设计、主轴回转结构、多样式装夹、气压加载结构等方面对摩擦磨损试验机结构进行设计。该试验机能实现对摩擦副的轴向加载、径向加载以及往复运动等,结构稳定符合一般实验要求。关键词:摩擦磨损试验机;气压加载;往复运动structural design of Friction-Wear Tester machine AbstractAdvanced friction and wear tester and test technology for tribological studies have highlighted significant depth.
