After mold three dimensional design part completion of work, we induct it in Moldflow, assuming the related condition, carrying on the flow analysis of the product. In this design, through the Moldflow flow analysis, we can simulate the thermoplastic material injection molding process the packing and guarantees presses the stage, forecast the mobile behavior of the plastic melting, thus may guarantee the manufacturability of the product. With the Moldflow, we can carry on the reasonable craft appraisal to the design product.
