毕业答辩论文开关零件模具毕业设计方案论文本设计运用Pro/E 软件进行模具三维结构的设计,其中包括浇注系统、顶出机构等部分的设计。在模具三维设计部分的工作完成之后,我们再将其导入Moldflow中,设定相关条件,进行制品的流动分析。此次设计中,通过Moldflow的流动分析,可以模拟热塑性材料注塑成型过程的填充和保压阶段,以预测塑料熔体的流动行为,从而可以确保产品的可制造性使用Moldflow,可以帮助我们对设计的产品进行合理的工艺评估,对浇口位置、流道数目等进行调整和改进,从而设计出令人满意的产品。关键词:注塑模、CAE、Pro/E、MoldflowAbstractIn this design process,we unify the knowledge of ourselves, carrying on the mold three-dimensional structure designing with the Pro/E, including the gating system, to go against part and so on organization designs. After mold three dimensional design part completion of work, we induct it in Moldflow, assuming the related condition, carrying on the flow analysis of the product. In this design, through the Moldflow flow analysis, we can simulate the thermoplastic material injection molding process the packing and guarantees presses the stage, forecast the mobile behavior of the plastic melting, thus may guarantee the manufacturability of the product. With the Moldflow, we can carry on the reasonable craft appraisal to the design product.
