I am going to be working on a new project 项目 in Cambodia 柬埔寨 from next week, so I won't be writing the blog for the next few months. Don't worry, my colleagues Will, Helen, Li, and Derm will still be blogging for you! So, what will I be doing? I will be producing radio programmes 制作电台节目 to help Cambodian people learn English. It will be my first visit to Cambodia, so I'm extremely excited. It's a place I don't know a lot about, apart from the amazing temple called Angkor Wat 吴哥窟 and the tragic recent history 悲惨的近代史. 用心 爱心 专心I will be staying in the capital Phnom Penh 金边, but will also travel out into the more agricultural 农业为主的 northern provinces. I heard that Chinese investment 投资 in Cambodia is increasing fast, and that recent political stability 政治稳定 has led to rapid growth 迅速发展 in the tourist industry 旅游业. 用心 爱心 专心Have any of you been to Cambodia or other Southeast Asian countries 东南亚国家 such as Vietnam, Malaysia or Thailand?
