ASMEB31.32020ProcessPiping工艺管道FOREWORD前言RespondingtoevidentneedandattherequestofTheAmericanSocietyofMechanicalEngineers(ASME),theAmericanStandardsAssociationinitiatedProjectB31inMarch1926,withASMEassoleadministrativesponsor.ThebreadthofthefieldinvolvedrequiredthatmembershipoftheSectionalCommitteebedrawnfromsome40engineeringsocieties,industries,governmentbureaus,institutes,andtradeassociations.为反映业界实际需求，美国标准协会应美国机械工程师协会之要求于1926年3月着手规划B31管道系列，且ASME是唯一的行政赞助单位；其中由于所涉及的领域广泛，B31部门委员会的构成成员资格大约由40位工程学会、工业界、政府部门、研究机构和贸易协会来分别提供。Initialpublicationin1935wasastheAmericanTentativeStandardCodeforPressurePiping.Revisionsfrom1942through1955werepublishedasAmericanStandardCodeforPressurePiping,ASAB31.1.ItwasthendecidedtopublishasseparatedocumentsthevariousindustrySections,beginningwithASAB31.8-1955,GasTransmissionandDistributionPipingSystems.ThefirstPetroleumRefineryPipingCodeSectionwasdesignatedASAB31.3-1959.ASAB31.3revisionswerepublishedin1962and1966.在1935年首次所出版的是“美国压力管道准则”。在1942年至1955年期间历经多次修订版后再次被公布为美国压力管道标准(编号：ASAB31.1)。随后决议以不同工业部门独立发行，而ASAB31.8-1955“天然气输配管道系统”则是最先被独立出来所发布的其中一册。首次石油炼油厂管道规范册被称之为ASAB31.3-1959,并于1962年和1966年分别发布了ASAB31.3的修订版。In1967-1969,theAmericanStandardsAssociationbecamefirsttheUnitedStatesofAmericaStandardsInstitute,thentheAmericanNationalStandardsInstitute(ANSI).TheSectionalCommitteebecameAmericanNationalStandardsCommitteeB31andtheCodewasrenamedtheAmericanNationalStandardCodeforPressurePiping.ThenextB31.3revisionwasdesignatedANSIB31.3-1973.Addendawerepublishedthrough1975.在1967至1969年，美国标准协会首先成为美利坚合众国标准协会，最改名为现今大家所熟悉的美国国家标准协会，而本部门委员会则成为美国国家标准B31委员会，且本规范亦更名为美国国家标准中的压力管道规范。随后所出版之后B31.3版本被称之为ANSIB31.3-1973,且增补亦于1975年出版。AdraftCodeSectionforChemicalPlantPiping,preparedbySectionCommitteeB31.6,wasreadyforapprovalin1974.Itwasdecided,ratherthanhavetwocloselyrelatedCodeSections,tomergetheSectionCommitteesanddevelopajointCodeSection,titledChemicalPlantandPetroleumRefineryPiping.ThefirsteditionwaspublishedasANSIB31.3-1976.InthisCode,responsibilityforpipingdesignwasconceptuallyintegratedwiththatfortheoverallprocessingfacility,withsafeguardingrecognizedasaneffectivesafetymeasure.ThreecategoriesofFluidServicewereidentified,withaseparateChapterforCategoryMFluidService.Coveragefornonmetallicpipingwasintroduced.NewconceptswerebetterdefinedinfiveAddenda,thefourthofwhichaddedAppendixM,agraphicaidtoselectionoftheproperFluidServicecategory.由分委员会B31.6编制之化工厂管道规范部分草案于1974年获得核准。会议决定，与其设立两个密切相关之规范委员会，不如合并两个分委员会，并设立一个联合规范委员会，并制定一个部标题为化工厂和炼油厂管道规范册。第一版作为ANSIB31.3-1976出版。在本规范册中，管道设计的责任在于将整体加工设施的有效保护安全措施概念上具体化，并区分为三种流体工况类别，另外还有用于M流体工况类别的单独章节。本规范册亦介绍了非金属管道的适用范围。在五次的增补中新增了用于如何选用合宜流体工况类别之图形辅助工具的附录M,从而此新概念在五个附录中获得了更好的定义。TheStandardsCommitteewasreorganizedin1978asaCommitteeoperatingunderASMEprocedureswithANSIaccr...
