基于 PLC 的温室控制系统的设计 摘 要 随着人们生活水平的提高,由温室大棚种植的反季节蔬菜成为人们越来越离不开的食物,所以温室大棚技术越来越重要,而温度控制是最为重要的一环。考虑到 PLC 具有灵活性、操作简单等优点,所以设计出了基于 PLC 的温度控制系统。 该论文介绍了温室控制系统的构成,包括信息采集部分、智能控制部分以及最后的执行部分。由于温度的变化因素很多,包括光照、湿度、通风等因素,所以本次设计的系统中包括了升降温系统、补光系统、遮阳系统、加湿系统、CO2 系统、通风系统,来综合调整温度的变化保证温度的准确度。根据设计需要和经济综合因素的考虑选用了西门子 S7-200 型 PLC 的控制,这样既能够满足输入与输出控制,又有比较高的性价比。在设计中给出了控制系统的软硬件设计,并用 STEP7 软件进行对梯形图的输入、调试与仿真,能够完全符合设计需求。 关键词 传感器 PLC 模糊控制器 MCGS 组态软件 电机 Greenhouse Control System Based on PLC ABSTRACT With the improvement of people's living standard anti season vegetables become people are increasingly inseparable from the food, so the greenhouse technology is more and more important, and the temperature control has become the most important part, so the PLC control system of greenhouse based on.
