大学生人格与主观幸福感的相关研究—社会支持的中介效应摘 要采用问卷调查法探讨了大学生人格、社会支持和主观幸福感的关系。目的:探讨大学生人格与主观幸福感之间的关系及其社会支持在其中扮演的中介作用角色。方法:艾森克人格问卷、领悟社会支持量表、总体幸福感量表,对 311 名大学生被试进行问卷调查,通过多元线性逐步回归分析检验社会支持的中介效应。结果如下:(1)大学生主观幸福感在性别、年级和生源地方面存在显著差异;(2)大学生的社会支持在性别方面存在差异;(3)在精神质维度上,大学生在性别、是否独生上存在显著差异;在内外倾与神经质维度上,大学生在年级上存在显著差异;(4)大学生的外向性、社会支持与主观幸福感呈显著正相关,神经质、精神质与主观幸福感呈显著负相关,社会支持与主观幸福感呈显著正相关;(5)社会支持在人格与主观幸福感之间的部分中介效应显著,内外倾、神经质与精神质的中介效应占总效应之比分别为 0.26、0.12、0.26。结论:人格是影响大学生主观幸福感的重要因素,社会支持在人格和主观幸福感之间起部分中介作用。【关键词】大学生;主观幸福感;社会支持;人格;中介效应A study on the relationship between personality and subjective well-being:the mediating effectof social support.AbstractThe relationship among personality,social support and subjective well-being of college students was investigated by questionnaire.Objective:To explore the relationship between personality and subjective well-being of college students and the intermediary role that social support plays in it.
