摘 要 工 业 用 地 价 格 的 变 化 是 衡 量 一 个 经 济 开发区开展情况的重要指标,因而受到社会的广泛关注。故本文将以辩证的观点阐释工业用地价格与开发区开展的相互作用。并对不同地区的工业地价进行比照分析,其 中 重 点 选 择 了 首 都 经 济 圈 内 3 个 具 有 代 表性的国家级开发区〔北京经济技术开发区天津经济技术开发区、廊坊经济技术开发区〕,对其自身工业地价的变化进行纵向比照,并选择三个开发区相邻的具有代表性的工业开发区进行工业地价的横向比照并且对京津冀三个地区工业地价总体开展情况进行比照,分析影响工业地价的因素探讨国家首都圈工业地价的相关情况,最后 综 合 全 文 提 出 建 设 性 的 意 见 。关 键 词 : 首 都 经 济 圈 工 业 用 地 价 格 招商 引 资Abstract Industrial land price changes are measured by an Economic Development Zone, an important indicator of development, and thus subject to widespread concern in society. So this article will explain the dialectical view of industrial land prices and development zones interactions. And industrial land in different parts of a comparative analysis, which focuses on selected capital economic circle three representative national development zones (Beijing Economic and Technological Development Zone, Tianjin Economic and Technological DevelopmentZone,LangfangEconomicand Technological Development), on its own industrial land changes in vertical contrast, and select three representative zone adjacent industrial land for industrial development zone of horizontal contrast.
