铁路煤炭运输防冻车方法探究及应用分析铁路煤炭运输防冻车方法探究及应用分析 朱文君 摘要：为积极应对北方冬季气温变化对运输组织的影响，提高装卸车效率 ，进一步适应铁路货运改革新要求，确保正常运输秩序，实现货物运输增量和行车安全，切实加强铁路煤炭运输防冻车管理工作。本文探究了一种高效的煤炭运输防冻剂和改良的喷洒工艺，具有优良的防冻性、环保性、经济性和防腐防锈性，应用效果极佳，推广性强。 Abstract： In order to actively respond to the impact of winter temperature changes in the north on transportation organizations ， improve the efficiency of loading and unloading trucks， further adapt to the new requirements of railway freight reform， ensure normal transportation order ， realize the increase of freight transportation and driving safety ， and effectively strengthen the management of railway coal transportation antifreeze vehicles ， this article explores an efficient coal transport antifreeze and improved spraying process ， which has excellent antifreeze， environmental protection， economy and corrosion and rust resistance， excellent application effect and strong promotion. 关键词：铁路运输;煤炭;防冻液;喷洒工艺 0 引言 冬季铁路煤炭运输受气温变化、煤炭属性、车型车种、防冻液质量、喷洒作业程序、装车组织、运输卸车组织等因素影响，易发生冻结，难以卸车，严重影响企业效益和车辆周转[1]。多年来，铁路相关部门和装车企业主要通过提前组织部署、强化设备整治、严控防冻液质量、法律规范作业程序、抓好卸车组织、优化运输组织、严格责任考核等措施开展防冻车工作。准能煤炭经销公司所属肖家煤炭集运站主要担负准能集团外购煤和力量煤业大饭铺煤矿自产煤装车发运任务，因其煤炭含水量高（平均 13%）、煤泥分离不彻底、万吨单元列车分批装车、待取待挂待送时间长、配空不当，防冻车任务艰巨。通过探究和实践，本文主要从我站防冻液配比质量和喷洒工艺优化两个关键环节入手，论述如何解决高风险货源的防冻车问题。 1 装车企业面对冻车高风险煤种的管控难点 1.1 防冻液配制没有统一的技术标准，产品性能相差较大 目前，防冻液已成为...
