The outward appearance gets clean and aesthetic.In addition,the paint-coat is protected and the corrosion damage can be reduced.This design of a small-sized external washing machine is a new washing equipment.It’s composed of motor, plunger-type high-pressure pumps, spray gun, etc.By adopting axial design,the high-pressure water emerges through the eccentric disc directly from the motor-driven piston pump.Then,the level of water pressure is controled by the valve which can adjust pressure.At last, the high-pressure water jets from the high-pressure water gun.The machine has compact structure and small volume.It works reliably and is easy to be mended and maitained.The designing process from the system type, structure and the calculation of the main parameters is introduced.
