ZL15 轮式装载机整车布置设计摘要随着基建的迅猛进展,装载机已成了工程建设中重要的组成部分。本次设计主要针对 ZL15 轮式装载机的基本参数进行整车布置设计,要求既满足了基本的性能特点,又有具有其优点。通过查阅相关资料期刊,在了解了装载机基本结构后,进行总体结构的选择,包括传动形式,变矩器,变速箱,离合器,驱动桥,转向系统系统,制动系统。然后通过实测和参考同类车型,确定一些基本参数,如轴距,轮距,最小离地间隙等。最后根据已知参数进行总体布置设计和对整体性能的校核验算。设计过程先用 CAD 画总体装配图,并用 solidworks 三维软件进行虚拟装配,画出了整机三维立体图。最后利用 Matlab 软件对总体性能分析,从而得出所设计的总体设计性能参数曲线,并进行优化设计,从而达到最终目的。关键词:Zl15 轮式装载机,整车布置,性能分析,Solidworks。ZL15 WHEEL LOADER LAYOUT DESIGNAbstractWith the rapid development of infrastructure, loader has become an important part in engineering construction.The mission of this time is design of overall layout of ZL15 wheel loader.And,it meets the basic performance characteristics,also,has its avantages.This design first refer to the books and journals that about the loader design.To have a comprehensive understanding of loader.Second,on the choice of the general structure, including transmission form, torque converter, gearbox, clutch, axles, steeringSystems, braking system.Through the measured and reference similar models, establish some basic parameters, such as the wheelbase, between, the minimum ground clearance is achieved, etc.According to the parameters that have known to design the general layout.On the overall performance of checking checking.
