四川理工学院毕业设计 中国移动绵阳 TD-SCDMA 基站系统工程可行性讨论学 生：杨约澳学 号：09141030323专 业：工程管理班 级：三班指导老师：李春 四川理工学院建筑工程学院二 O 一三年六月摘 要论文首先介绍了绵阳移动 2G 无线网现状,论证了绵阳移动建设 TD 无线网的必要性与可行性。结合绵阳市的自身情况，运用 MATLAB 软件对 2025 年绵阳移动TD-SCDMA 用户数进行预测,得出绵阳 2025 年 TD-SCDMA 用户 57.54 万。针对通信建设工程的特点和绵阳移动的实际情况,对绵阳 TD-SCDMA 网络建设采纳分布式基站与原有 GSM 基站共站和新建两种方式,并提出了具体建设方案，并制定了详细的现网升级方案、工程建设目标、基站子系统建设方案等。其次对这次 TD-SCDMA 建设的经济可行性进行分析，得出静态投资回收期为 4.51 年，内部收益率为 40.7%，净现值大于零。对项目的风险分析也偏向乐观。 本文得出的结论以及相关数据,可以比较科学地对绵阳移动的 TD 网络建设和运营起到一定的参考作用,从而有效的避开 TD 网络建设投资的盲目性。关键词：可行性讨论 网络建设 经济评价ABSTRACTThis Project Paper introduces mobile 2G wireless network status Mianyang, Mianyang mobile construction TD demonstrates the necessity and feasibility of the wireless network.
