中职学生国际化素养培育策略讨论中文摘要在经济全球化背景下,我们国家与世界各国的沟通合作愈发深化,但与此同时国际间潜在的竞争也越来越激烈。提升中职学生国际化素养不仅是国内外就业市场的要求,也是国家建设和社会进展的客观需要。本文立足中职国际化人才培育之视角,以浙江地区的 6 所中职学校为讨论对象,通过文献分析、实地调研等方法分析出该地区中职学生国际化素养培育的基本现状,阐述其中存在的问题和引发这些问题的原因,再结合国内外先进经验,有针对性地提出了中职学生国际化素养培育的优化策略,以期为国内中职国际化人才培育事业积累一些有用经验。具体来说,本文分三部分展开论述:第一部分在介绍本次讨论的二大理论基础的同时回顾了国内国际化教育的进展起源与历史沿革;第二部分从培育目标设置、课程设计、国际沟通、师资培育和管理体系设计等方面分析了中职学校在学生国际化素养培育中存在的问题及引发问题的原因;第三部分针对当前中职学校学生国际化素养培育中的不足,在结合相关理论并充分参考借鉴国内外先进经验和成功范例的条件下提出了中职生国际素养进展完善策略,即明确国际化培育目标、强化国际沟通合作、推动国际化课程建设、构建国际化老师队伍、建立完善国际化活动管理体系。关键词:职业教育;中职学生;国际化素养;培育策略ABSTRACTUnder the background of economic globalization, the communication and cooperation between our country and the world has become more and more deeply, but the competition is also more intense than before.
