佳世达公司成品组装车间平面布置与优化摘要车间布局设计是制造系统设计的重要内容之一，车间布局的优劣直接决定生产率和经济效益。本文从实际出发，通过对当前佳世达电通有限公司成品组装车间生产物流空间问题的客观分析，指出了存在的问题:生产空间布局不合理，导致生产效率低下，无法同时多品种的生产，无法按期保质保量完成定单。并叙述了改造现行生产物流空间，制造通畅高效的物流体系的必要性和迫切性。文章应用人因工程、生产线平衡等关于车间平面设施布局及优化等相关理论和方法完成了流水线的设计和生产过程均衡设计，减少了物流距离，提高生产效率，并且提高了整个生产系统的柔性和制造能力。关键词:平面布置； 生产线平衡；优化Qisda finished assembly plant layout and optimizationAbstractThe design of workshop layout is one important part of manufacturing system design, the layout of the workshop directly determines if the product quality, productivity and economic benefits.
