Therefore, facing the present situation of low quality of the hotel staff, hotel, want to notice to improve the quality of employees, to increase employee training and development, and increase the positive influence on hotel, the hotel can improve the economic benefit of hotel development.Key words: Hotel,The quality of employees,Impact business引言 一间能够顺利经营，包含着很多因素，但在现在“以人为本”的社会中，人员就是占主导地位，也就是说酒店的员工就是酒店的灵魂，操纵着酒店前行个路线。酒店现代酒店业的竞争，其本质就是酒店管理人员和员工素养的竞争，培训一支高素养的酒店管理和服务人员队伍，是酒店人事工作中最重要的任务。酒店服务者的服务意识、服务态度和服务技能直接影响着顾客感受中的服务质量以及酒店声誉和经济效益，员工的素养高低决定了酒店的经营成败，于是就选择这一题目进行探讨。本题中指的员工不仅是前线底层的员工，还包括管理层的员工。管理者的素养高与低决定一个企业的兴旺与衰退，前线员工的素养高与低影响着企业产品质量的好与坏。1.酒店顺利的经营的要素1.1 行业市场情况 随着全球经济一体化，各国之间在经济上越来越相互依存，商品、服务、资本和技术越过边界的流量越来越大，各国需要互相沟通的机会也越来越多，加上中国的崛起，世界各地的商人、旅行者越来越看重中国，不断到中国经商、旅游，还有大大小小的会议会展，甚至中国举办的奥林匹克运动会、亚运会、世界博览会等等国际性赛事会议，向世界展现中国的综合国力，促进中国旅游业的进展，加上中国大力支持推动进展旅游业，可见，中国的旅游酒店行业前景十分宽阔。酒店行业将是竞争最为激烈的市场之一。一间酒店要顺利经营，要在市场上占一席位，就要面临各种外因的竞争...
