沈阳理工大学应用技术学院 毕 业 设 计 （ 论 文 ）题 目 ： 基 于 PLC 在 平 板 硫 化 机 控 制 系 统 的 设 计 与 实 现 院 系 ： 信 息 与 控 制 学 院 专 业 ： 自 动 化 班 级 学 号 ： 学 生 姓 名 ： 指 导 老 师 ： 成 绩 ： 年 月 日摘 要 随着科学的进展，人们逐渐进入了自动化的时代，首先就体现在军事与工业上，其中最重要的技术之一就是可编程控制器的使用，亦可称为PLC ；其主要功能是功能强大，可靠性高，编程简单，联网方便，很快被普遍使用。理所当然也成为我们学习的重要课程之一，为了让所学的知识融入到社会中，达到理论与实践相结合的目的，我们进行了这次综合实训。 在实训报告中，我用可编程控制器控制平板硫化机的运作，其中包括设计的要求与规格说明，还有各种图纸样例（电路原理图，，元器件位置图，接线图，及梯形图，元器件明细表等）。本 系 统 采 纳 OMRON 公 司 的 CPM2A系 列 PLC 作 为 处 理 器 ， 利 用 CX-Programmer编程软件进行梯形图程序设计。系统的主要功能为控制平板硫化机动作、加热、传送等步骤。改善了平板硫化机动作过程的可操作性。最后采纳世纪星组态软件来实现监控系统画面的运行，实现了远程监控的功能。关键词：平板硫化机；可编程控制器；组态软件AbstractThis paper describes the board curing press is a kind of pressure machine with heat.It apply to Power Electronics , articles for daily use and big rubber products.This system uses the OMRON Corporation PLC of the series as the processors CPM2A, using CX-Programmer programming software for ladder diagram programming. Main function of the system is controlling the board curing press action, heating, and transfer. Control on the board curing press control system technical requirements. Final adoption of century star configuration software for monitoring the operation of the system screen, enables remote monitoring capabilities.The research is valuable in engineering and economic significance.
