基于 SLP 与空间调度方法的中设公司车间平面布置问题讨论摘 要本文针对镇江中船设备有限公司新厂区装配试验车间在平面布置方面存在的物流搬运路线长、搬运量大等问题，运用SLP法对其进行分析探究，并得到了可行的优化方案。该方案的实施一定程度上优化了车间的平面布置，实现了生产物流的合理化。空间调度问题是兼顾空间和时间因素，调度和布置相结合的问题。本文在运用SLP法对该公司装配试验车间平面布置进行优化的基础上，结合空间调度方法对曲轴分装区的平面布置进行分析讨论，通过建立0-1规划模型，利用lingo软件实现求解。该方法一定程度上实现了曲轴部件的交货期延迟最小，曲轴工作地的空间利用率最大。关键词：SLP；空间调度方法；平面布置；0-1规划模型；lingo软件Study on plane layout of Zhenjiang Ship Equipment Limited Company based on SLP and spatial scheduling approach AbstractThe methods of SLP has been applied in the plane layout of assembly and testing workshop of Zhenjiang Ship Equipment Limited Company, and an improvement and feasible solution is proposed. The practice of the improvement solution shows that plane layout is optimized to some extent and the production logistics is rationalized, which has practical significance. spatial scheduling problem considers the spatial layout and the time scheduling simultaneously. Base on the optimization of the plane layout of assembly and testing workshop by SLP, combining spatial scheduling approach to optimize the plane layout of split charging of crankshaft in assembly and testing workshop by setting up a 0-1 program model and using lingo software, which made the due date delay minimum and the space utilization maximum to some extent.
