电子秤的设计摘要: 本课题是以 STC89C52 单片机为核心控制芯片实现电子秤自动称重功能。该电子称重系统主要以 STC89C52 单片机作为中心控制单元,称重传感器及 A/D 转换器测量物体重量,外加显示单元和矩阵键盘模块,实现了电子秤基本的称重、具备置零、输入单价、计算总价、显示等功能,且超出最大测量范围时有报警指示功能。在本设计中将智能化、自动化、人性化用在了电子称重的控制系统中不但测量准确、快速方便,更重要的是具备自动称重、液晶数字显示等特点。关键词:STC89C52 单片机;称重传感器;A/D 转换器;液晶显示Electronic scale designAbstract:This paper is based on the STC89C52 microcontroller as the core control chip to realize the function of automatic weighing electronic scale. The electronic weighing system mainly to STC89C52 microcontroller as the central control unit, weighing sensor and A/ D converter to measure the weight of the object, external display unit and matrix keyboard module, realizes the electronic scale basic weighing, with zero, input unit, calculation of total price, display and other functions and exceeds the maximum measurement range with alarm indication function.
