AbstractWith rapid development of China rural economy, rural social endowment insurance system lags behind rural economic development, and more and more difficult to solve the deep-rooted contradictions in rural areas. This article first proposed the importance of the rural old-age insurance system ,then analyzed the issues through our rural endowment insurance system in the protection of the legal system 、 overall level and other aspects of the problems.
