安徽建筑工业学院毕 业 设 计 论 文专 业 环 境 工 程 课 题 宣城危险废物焚烧处理厂设计摘 要危险废物具有毒性、易燃性、爆炸性、腐蚀性、化学反应性和传染性。危险废物的污染不太直观且其治理水平也相对落后,它对环境和人体健康的危害已经成为当今世界各国共同面临的重大环境问题。危险废物的处理方法中焚烧处理具有减容显著、灭菌率高、设备投资低、运行费用小、不受天气影响可全天候作业、资源可回收利用等优点,在综合考虑其他工艺的特点和当地的实际情况之后得出结论,采纳焚烧的方法处理危险废物比较适合 。 该论文通过对整个危险废物处理全过程的介绍,重点说明了热解焚烧处理工艺的原理,各个主要设备的功能作用,生产过程中废水、废气、废渣、噪声的污染治理措施以及焚烧过程中的水平衡、物料平衡、热平衡分析;同时依据相关法律规范对整个厂区的构筑物进行了合理的设计。关键字:危险废物、热解焚烧、污染治理、厂区设计 AbstractThe hazardous wastes have the property of the toxicity the flammability 、 the explosivity、the corrosiveness,/the chemical reactivity and the infection.
