摘 要 铅酸蓄电池是个古老而又成熟的能源行业,改革开放开放三十多年来,随着国名经济的快速增长,随着我国加入 WTO 以来,我国汽车保有量和需求量持续快速增长。汽车的蓬勃进展促进了铅酸蓄电池产业的快速增长。估计到本世纪中叶铅蓄电池仍然是不可替代的汽车启动电源。本设计为年产 80 万只 6-QA-75Ah 型铅酸蓄电池车间工 艺初步设计。本设计主要分两部分:蓄电池产品设计和蓄电池生产工艺设计。电池产品设计中,针对蓄电池的各个组件进行了单独设计和论证。生产工艺上采纳了先进的球磨式铅粉机工艺和电池内化成工艺。此外,对各个工序段还进行了必要的物料衡算和热量衡算。关键词:铅酸蓄电池; 生产工艺;进展趋势;铅膏;极板;三废AbstractAs we all know Lead-acid battery is an old and mature energy sector,with the growing prosperity of national economy and China's accession to WTO,three decades of reform and opening-up witnessed rapid increace of vehicle poupulation and demand of china’s automobile . As automobile is the main use filed of Lead-acid battery which is promoted the automotive lead-acid battery industry's rapid growth . It is expected that lead-acid battery will still remain inreplaceable to starting power of automobile by the middle of this century . The design for the annual output of 800,000 6-QA-75Ah lead acid battery plant preliminary design process. This design consists of two parts: the battery design and battery production process design.In battery product design,the various components of lead-acid battery is designed seperately .And in production process ,lead oxide mill and container formation technology was widely used. In addition, the various processes paragraph also made the necessary material balance and heat balance.
