AbstractInternet copyright means that copyright holder has the right which can protect his works in the internet environment.Internet copyright infringement is the issue that some people use the Internet technology and some means to impinge on the Internet copyright and Neighboring rights,beacuse the law of Copyright is so imperfect and can not make the standard of the Internet environment,so that the right of the copyright holder is not fully protected. This paper elaborates on the related theories about the protection of Internet Copyright.To the existing problems of Internet Copyright in our contry,it also learn the experiences and practices concerned from abroad and then makes some recommendations about the proctection.In the hope that it can reduce the phenomenon of Internet copyright infringement,so that the protection of Internet copyright can be developed and improved.Key words：Internet；copyright；protection浅论互联网著作权的保护在科技日新月异，互联网越来越普及的今日，传统作品被大量传上网，互联网上的原创作品也大量出现，在这过程中不可避开会出现各种关于互联网上著作权的权利冲突和纠纷问题。它严重损害了著作权人的人身权和获得酬劳权。长久下去，必定打击创作者的创作热情，从而导致整个社会的文化与经济进展停滞不前。然而现行的法律在面对互联网世界时却表现出了许多不适应。由于著作权保护的立法相对滞后，侵权现象日益严重。此外，互联网从业者对互联网著作权保护的观念薄弱以及相关方面的技术保护不足也是导致侵权现象严重的重要原因。本文将通过对互联网著作权保护的相关理论的阐述，并针对我国互联网著作权现存问题，同时借鉴国外相关立法经验和实践成果，对我国互联网上著作权的保护提出了一些建议，以期能起到减少互联网著作权侵权现象的作用，使互联网环境中的著作权保护得到进展和完善。一、互联网著作权保护的意义著作权，是基于文学，艺术和科学作品而产生的法律给予公民和其他组织等民事主体的一种特别的民事权利。1由于互联网迅速进展，信息的传播和猎取也越来越方便快捷，而著作权...
