AbstractThe suspension of the common form of crime is covered by criminal law and criminal theory of joint criminal suspension form of a theory of intersection of two major theoretical issues, criminal law theory is the theory of one of the most complex, and at present there is no clear common crime of criminal law recognized by the suspension form Standards. Based on the analysis of views of different scholars at home and abroad, cut off the theory that the cause of force took into account some of the common criminal prisoners were suspended the establishment of objective and subjective requirements of crime, constitutes a crime in line with our principles. A clear cut theory of the use of force because suspension of the common forms of crime that standard, facilitate the proper conviction and sentencing, is conducive to crime prevention.Key words：A joint crime ；Suspend form ；Reason force cut theory 浅论我国共同犯罪中止形态的认定共同犯罪的中止形态是涵盖刑法共同犯罪理论及犯罪中止形态理论两大部分的一个交点性理论问题。共同犯罪的学说已是刑法理论中最为复杂的学说之一，而犯罪中止形态又具有其自身的复杂性，所以共同犯罪的中止因兼具主体的复数性和犯罪进展过程的多样性以及各犯罪人的独立性和从属性等特征而显得更为错综复杂，因此有必要明确成立共同犯罪中止形态的标准。一、我国明确共同犯罪中止形态认定标准的必要性犯罪中止制度的设立为犯罪人放弃犯罪架设了一座“后退的金桥”，对犯罪中止者给予宽大处理，以鼓舞犯罪分子在犯罪过程中自动放弃犯罪，从而避开损害结果的进一步扩大，符合了刑法预防犯罪目的的需要。（一）是正确定罪量刑的需要共同犯罪的中止形态是涵盖刑法共同犯罪理论及犯罪中止形态理论两大部分的一个交叉性理论问题。共同犯罪的学说已是刑法理论中最为复杂的学说之一，而犯罪中止形态又具有其自身的复杂性，所以共同犯罪的中止形态因兼具主体的复数性和犯罪进展过程的多样性以及各犯罪人的独立性和联系性等特征而显得更为错综复杂。假如个别共犯人在实施了危害行为...
