AbstractAlong with the wide-ranging intervention of mass-medie in life of modern society,the supervision by public opinion of news plays an important role in the life of society and the construction of democratic legal system.But in recent years, because of the civil lawsuit caused news infringement has presented a growing trend. In such cases, is undoubtedly the news torts laws system is not perfected. Based on the news tort system of the legislation value analysis, further pointed out that the system improved at my country the necessity and importance. Because of news tort laws system in China's existing laws and regulations did not clearly improved ， each judge has not a unified standard in judicial practice.
