中文摘要我国的证人保护制度存在着证人保护措施不足、缺乏证人经济补偿制度、没有专门的证人保护机构、各部门保护责任不够明确等问题。这些问题都是由于我国没有明确的、具体的、具有可操作性的证人保护法律规定造成的。因此，我国应制定专门的《证人保护法》，在法律中明确证人保护制度的保护对象、保护措施，完善对证人经济补偿的相关立法，更新观念、大力宣传证人保护制度、鼓舞人们作证，加大对打击报复证人犯罪的惩处力度，并建立专门的证人保护机构。关键词：证人；保护；补偿ABSTRACTProtecting system and economic compensation for witness are lacking off in China. The mean problems of the protecting system are attributed to lack of both explicit and specific as well as operation legal provisions for witness protection. First, there was no assigned department for protecting witness who can give the evidence for the case occurred. Second, the responsibility of involved unit was not be clarified. Therefore, China should establish a special “Witness Protection Act”. In this law, it must include a clearly defined scope for the target that he needs to be protected, show out the measures of protection, completed the financial allowance for witness.
