AbstractJudge’s professionalism is an important marker of legal modernization. It will play a positive role in promoting modernization of judicial system and independent of judicial power of our country. Pursing construction of judge’s professionalism has already become a realistic problem that must be solved. Judicial reform of our country should face with it. Judge’s professionalism of our country is in a starting stage. So many obstacles are restricting the process of our country’s judge’s professionalism. This article described obstacles that exist the process of our country’s judge’s professionalism at present, put forward that it is necessary and urgently to carry out judge’s professionalism in our country. Summarized implications to carry out judge’s professionalism in our country by using the positivistic experience of British judge’s professionalism for reference. Furthermore, it put forward conception of pursing judge’s professionalism according with our country’s situation.Key words: judge’s professionalism ； practical obstacles ；positivistic experience；conception试论我国法官职业化最高人民法院将我国的法官职业化定义为：法官以行使国家审判权为专门职业，并具备独特的职业意识、职业技能、职业道德和职业地位。笔者认为，法官职业化是指，以行使国家审判权为专门职业的法官，形成一个拥有共同的法律知识结构、技能、独特的法律思维方式、行为模式和角色意识的整体，具有仅属于该群体的职业传统和职业气质，以公正与效率为终极目标，有着一经任用非因法定事由、非经法定程序不被免职、降职、辞退或处分的职业稳定性，不断追求同质化和精英化，逐步实现法官自治的过程。法官职业化起源于西方，并在西方得到进展。经过几百年的实践，尤其是近两百年，法官职业化已成为西方法治国家一项比较成熟的法官管理制度。2025 年7 月，最高人民法院在全国法院队伍建设工作会议上，首次提出了要加强我国法官职业化的建设。我国的法官职业化是在本世纪初才被正式提出，目...
