本科毕业设计-试论我国网络虚拟财产的法律保护

中 文 摘 要网 络 虚 拟 财 产 作 为 现 代 社 会 计 算 机 技 术 和 互联 网 技 术 飞 速 进 展 的 产 物 ，它 越 来 越 成 为 我 国经 济 进 展 中 重 要 的 一 部 分 。 网 络 虚 拟 财 产具 有自 己 独 特 的 属 性 和 特 征， 与 传 统 财 产 相 比 较 ，网 络 虚 拟 财 产 除 具 有 一 般 财 产 的 基 本 属 性 外 ，还 有 其 自 身 的 特 别 特 性 ， 使 得 虚 拟 财 产 在 保 护层 面 上 面 临 诸 多 法 律 问 题 。 本 文 在 分 析 我 国 对虚 拟 财 产 的 保 护 现 状 和 所 面 临 的 相 关 法 律 障 碍的 基 础 上 ， 借 鉴 外 国 对 虚 拟 财 产 保 护 的 经 验 ，试 图 去 探 寻 相 应 的 对 策 。关 键 词 ： 经 济 进 展 ； 滞 后 性 ； 法 律 障 碍 ； 借鉴AbstractThe virtual property is the modern computer technology and Internet technology rapid development of the product, it has become a more and more important in the economic development of our part. The virtual property has its own unique attributes and characteristics, Compared with the traditional property, the virtual property besides having general property of fundamental properties outside, still have its own characteristics, making the virtual property protection in face many legal problems.
