毕 业 论 文 中 文 摘 要针对气体装备制造基地有占地面积大、涉及多种行业工作人员、工艺流程多且复杂的特点，所以必须正确处理气体装备制造基地健康监护工作和职业病发病的特点。以某气体装备制造基地为例，在讨论了其他气体装备制造基地的职业病危害因素的危害程度基础之上，并对以往同类建设项目进行类比分析。气体装备制造基地的具体地理位置以及入驻企业的具体情况进行职业病危害因素分析，其中包括了对体装备制造基地的主要职业病危害因素分析，根据拟建项目职业病危害的特点，本次职业病危害预评价主要采纳类比法、职业性接触毒物危害程度分级法、检查表法相结合的原则对高压能源气体储运设备生产线、干净瓶生产线和缠绕线生产线项目可能产生的粉尘、有毒化学物质、噪声、高温等职业病危害因素进行定性和定量评价。最后针对职业病危害因素提出相应的措施，防止这些职业病的危害。通过辨识危险源可以对相应部位进一步加强职业病危害管理。关键词 职业病 危害因素 能源气体 装备制造毕 业 论 文 外 文 摘 要Title The p re-assessment o f o ccupational hazards in a g as e quipment m anufacturing p roject AbstractFor gas equipment manufacturing base covers an area of large,involving a variety of industry workers,the characteristics of the process are many and complex ,it must correctly handle the gas equipment manufacturing base in the health care work and occupational disease characteristics .Taking a gas equipment manufacturing base ,for example,in the study of the extent of damage the foundation of other gas equipment manufacturing base in the top of occupational hazards ,and previous similar projects analogy analysis .Assigned to the specific circumstances of the specific location and conduct business analysis of occupational hazards gas equipment manufacturing base ,which includes the main body of occupational hazards analysis equipment manufacturing base ,according to the characteristics of occupational hazards of the proposed project ,this pre-evaluation of occupational haz...
