摘 要我的设计题目是带滚式自动送料的连续模设计,经过工艺分析,采纳连续模完成带料上的冲孔、切边、切断和压弯工序。冲压模具在实际工业生产中应用广泛,尤其是级进模在实际生产中起着举足轻重的作用大大的提高劳动生产效率,减轻工人负担,具有重要的技术进步意义和经济价值。在这次设计中,我使用 catia 三维制图软件,对零件进行三维造型。对零件进行工艺性分析,绘制零件的三维图然后通过 catia 软件生成二维图,再转换到 AutoCAD 或 CAXA 电子图版中进行标注。设定零件的工艺方案,比较工艺方案并确定工艺方案。计算带料的宽度,冲裁压力,弯曲力,选择合适的压力机和送料机构,设计并绘出模具简图,选取各个合适的零件。了解切边模和冲孔模、弯曲模的特点以及需要注意的问题,在模具简图的基础上进行模具结构工艺性分析。关键词:模具设计、工艺方案、工艺性分析ABSTRACTMy topic is designed with a roll-type continuous automatic feeding mold design, through process analysis, using a continuous strip material on the mold to complete punching, trimming, cutting and bending processes.
