电 解 铝 烟 气 净 化 控 制 系 统摘 要在电解铝生产过程中会产生大量有害烟气,弥漫在电解车间内部的电解烟气使劳动条件恶化,影响生产工人的身体健康。电解烟气扩散到厂区周围,会对大气环境造成常常性污染。因此,必须对电解烟气进行治理,这样既可保护环境,又可回收氟化盐和Al2O3,降低生产成本。本文设计了以S7-300系列PLC 为控制器的烟气净化控制系统。本着环保节能的思路,该系统按工艺流程,针对布袋除尘器出入口压差、烟气出口压力、新奇和载氟氧化铝料位的检测与控制进行设计,以减少烟气对大气环境的污染,提高回收效益,改善铝电解生产车间的工作环境。关键词:电解铝;烟气净化;PLC 控制 Electrolytic control flue gas purification systemAbstractA large amount of harmful gas will emit In electrolytic aluminum production process. the flue gas which filled in the electrolysis electrolysis workshop deteriorate the working conditions, affect the health of production workers. Electrolysis gas spread to the surrounding of plant, the pollution of the atmospheric environment was caused by recurrent. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out treatment of electrolytic gas, so that it can protect the environment, but also recyclable fluoride salt and Al2O3, lower production costs. In this paper,we design a control system of flue gas purification,which uses a S7-300 series PLC as the controller. Based on the idea of environmental protection and energy saving, according to process of the system, for the bag filter pressure, outlet pressure and fresh gas containing aluminum fluoride level of detection to control and design, in order to reduce the flue gas of the atmospheric pollution of the environment and improve the recovery efficiency, to improve the the work environment of the electrolytic production.
