Russia reacted by saying it would alter its military doctrine3 to reflect "Nato infrastructure getting closer to Russian borders". Meanwhile Russian news agency Rossiya Segodnya announced that one of its photojournalists Andrei Stenin, missing since 5 August, has been killed in eastern Ukraine.
