Talent is a valuable resource for the development of enterprises in the era of knowledge economy, companies want to gain a firm foothold in the peer middle and continue to move forward even more attention should be paid to human resources.So how to deploit and control employee and scientificly is the key point for company towarding success. In this article, on the basis of expressing the context and confunctions of HRM, and through the analysis of the human resource management of selfish-enterprise which can draw a conclusion that the Characteristic Management is suitable.
