BacT/Alert240 全自动血培育系统血培育 6 950 例结果分析 【关键词】 血培育 [关键词] 血培育;病原微生物;败血症;检出时间 [摘 要] 目的:评价全自动血培育系统(BacT/Alert 240)的临床应用情况。方法:回顾性分析了用 BacT/Alert 240全自动血培育系统检测 6 950 份血标本,对检出阳性的时间、细菌种类和阳性率进行了评估分析。结果:6 950 份血标本中分离出 28 属,56 种,共 1 098 株病原微生物,阳性率为 15.8%,其中革兰阳性细菌占65.8%,革兰阴性细菌占 27.7%,真菌占 6.5%。最快阳性检出时间为 2 h,24 h 内检出的阳性数占 63.2%,48 h 检出的阳性数占 84.7%,72 h 检出的阳性数占95.8%。假阳性率为 1.1%,假阴性率为0.2%。结论:应用 BacT/Alert240 全自动血培育系统提高了血培育的阳性率,缩短了阳性检出时间,检出细菌种类多,尤其是营养条件高的苛养菌阳性率增加,而且操作简便,结果快速、准确。 Analysis of 6 950 Blood Samples Results for BacT/Alert 240 Automated Blood Culture System Abstracts:Objective To evaluatethe clinical application of BacT / Alert 240 automated blood culture system.Methods A total of 6 950 blood samples were detected by BacT / Alert 240 automated blood culture system . Positive rate , time to positive,the types of microorganisms recovered were analyzed retrospectively . Results 1 098 stratus were isolated from 6 950 blood samples , 28 genera and 56 species were obtained . Positive rate was 15.8%.Grampositive microorganisms accounted for 65 .8% of the positive blood culture results , Gramnegative microorganisms accounted for 27 . 7 % and fungi for 6 . 5 % .
