方法采纳 HPLC 法测定丹参素、原儿茶醛和丹参酮Ⅱ A 含量;以平板二倍稀释法统计最小抑菌浓度,探讨其体外抑菌作用
结果丹参水溶性成分和脂溶性成分均对金黄色葡萄球菌标准株、临床株;大肠埃希菌标准株;铜绿杆菌标准株;大肠杆菌临床株 1、临床株 2 有抑菌作用,两种抑菌药液均对金黄色葡萄球菌标准株、临床株作用最强,对大肠埃希菌标准株作用相对较弱;水溶性成分的抑菌作用强于脂溶性成分
结论丹参水溶性成分与脂溶性成分均具有一定的抑菌活性,提示该作用可进一步开发利用
