The transmission procedure of fluid medium in the composite rotating parts is given. And the problem of measuring the position of the tool through the pressure sensor as well as some corresponding problems are also discussed.Keywords: Machining center; composite rotational spindle; unclamping cylinder; fluid medium数控机床配以刀具库和自动换刀系统，就构成加工中心。加工中心的刀具库能存放几十把甚至更多的刀具，数控系统能控制机床按不同工序自动选择和更换刀具，工件在加工中心上经一次装夹后，能依次自动完成工件多工序的加工，从而使生产效率大大提高。加工中心主轴一般依靠蝶簧结构使刀具在主轴锥孔内定位并夹紧。换刀时，打刀缸克服蝶簧弹力松开拉刀爪，使刀柄脱离主轴锥孔，由换刀系统进行刀具交换。加工中心打刀缸由增压器及油压缸两部分组合而成，由增压器为油压缸中的油液增压。为保证换刀时刀柄完全松开、保证刀具及机器安全，打刀缸设计有油压缸活塞行程检测装置，用以检测油压缸活塞行程的上限与下限位置。近年来，玻璃车刻工艺因环保节能的优点得到推广，传统加工中心在艺术玻璃冷加工行业中的应用也越来越多。由于艺术玻璃车刻工艺的特别性，玻璃车刻加工中心的主轴及打刀机构，相对于金属切削机床均采纳了不同的设计，现以 BKH-302...
