射频消融治疗下肢大隐静脉曲张并发小腿溃疡

射频消融治疗下肢大隐静脉曲张并发小腿溃疡【摘要】 目的 评价静脉射频腔内闭合系统对大隐静脉曲张并发小腿溃疡的治疗效果。方法 对 44 例下肢静脉曲张并发小腿溃疡患者，用射频静脉腔内闭合系统治疗，对其临床效果加以整理及分析。结果 44 例 56 条腿均获得满意效果，1 例出现血肿，平均住院时间为天，平均溃疡愈合时间天，疗效满意。结论 射频静脉腔内闭合系统射频封闭治疗手术方法较传统方法效果更好。【关键词】 射频静脉腔内闭合系统；下肢大隐静脉曲张；小腿溃疡；射频消融 Radiofrequence treatment on great saphenous vein varices in lower limb with leg ulcers ［Abstract］ Objective To evaluate the effective of radiofrequence treating the venous ulcer in lower 44 caseswere analysed for the clinical effects before and after operation which were treated with radiofrequence endovenous closure All patients were treated with radiofrequence endovenous closure symdrome，1 case was hematoma，the rest recovered well and the average time in hospital was 6 4 days，the average time of the ulcer healing was 11 8 Radiofrequence endovenous closure symdrome for treating venous ulceration in lower limb is better than traditional operation method. ［Key words］ radiofrequence endovenous closure symdrome;great saphenous vein varices in lower limb;leg ulcers;radiofrequence 下肢大隐静脉曲张并发小腿发生溃疡，病程持久，溃疡长期不愈合，即使临时性地愈合也会很快复发。安化县中医院自 2025年 8 月～2025 年 4 月实行射频消融治疗下肢大隐静脉曲张并发小腿溃疡，疗效满意。报告如下。 1 资料与方法 1 1 一般资料 本组 44 例共 56 条患肢，其中男 34 例，女 10 例;左下肢 18 条，右下肢14 条，双下肢 12 例;年龄 45～81 岁，平均67 岁。静脉曲张病史 9～31 年，平均 16 年；下肢溃疡位置均为内踝以上的小腿前内侧，溃疡病程 20 天～15 年，平均 7 年，面积 2 cm×1 cm～7 cm×10 cm，单发溃疡 39 条患肢，多发溃疡 17 条患肢。其中经久不愈8 条患肢，最长 10 年多；反复发作 42 条。3 例曾在外...
