应用ERCP术外科治疗良、恶性胆道梗阻患者173例

应用 ERCP 术外科治疗良、恶性胆道梗阻患者 173 例【摘要】 目的 探讨经内镜逆行胰胆管造影术在外科胆道梗阻性疾病治疗中的价值。 方法 应用 ERCP 术治疗良、恶性胆道梗阻性疾病 173 例。并对其临床资料进行回顾分析。 结果 行 ERCP 术治疗胆道梗阻性疾病 173 例，其中 2 例插镜失败，1 例引流无效，其余均获得良好的临床治疗效果，并无严重并发症。ERCP 术后胰腺炎发生率%，病死率%。 结论 ERCP 术在外科治疗胆道梗阻性疾病中具有创伤小、痛苦少、恢复快、退黄效果好等特点，是有效解除胆道梗阻，争取进一步择期手术时机的极好方法。与传统的开腹手术相结合，能有效降低术后并发症，提高术后安全性。 关键词 经内镜逆行胰胆管造影术 胆道梗阻 ERCP treatment for173patients with bile duct obstruction 【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the value of ERCP in treatment for patients with bile duct We reviewed clinical data of173patients with bile duct obstruction who received ERCP Among173cases treated by ERCP endoscopic bile duct drainage，2cases was failure of intubation，and1case was inefficiency in drainage and the others were satisfactory with clinical outcome without severe rate of pancreatitis after ERCP %，and mortality rate %.Conclusion ERCP，which is micro-injury，few distress，quick recovery and satisfactory in relieving jaundice，could make opportunity for operation and relieve bile duct obstruction effectively，in comparison with the traditional operation，it could decrease the complication and im-prove the safety after operation.
