应用品管圈活动降低留置针并发症发生率的效果分析(9页)Good is good, but better carries it.精益求精，善益求善。应用品管圈活动降低留置针并发症发生率的效果分析 摘要：目的 探讨品管圈活动在降低留置针并发症发生率中的作用。方法 成立品管圈小组，选定主题“降低留置针并发症的发生率”，通过品管圈的手法及步骤进行持续改进，比较活动前后留置针并发症的发生率。结果 留置针并发症的发生率由活动前的 37.78%降低至活动后的10.25%，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）并且改善了患者对留置针的认知，使留置针的使用得到推广。结论 品管圈活动有效的降低了留置针并发症的发生率，而且提高留置针的使用率，减少了一次钢针的使用。 关键词：品管圈；留置针并发症 Effect Analysis of Reducing the Incidence of Complications of Indwelling Needle by Using the Coil of Products SONG Jin-xin （Tianjin First Central Hospital，Tianjin 300192，China） Abstract：Objective To discuss the effect of the activities of Quality Control Circle on reducing the incidence rate of complications of indwelling needle. Methods Establishing a group of Quality Control Circle， Selecting the topic of " reducing the incidence rate of complications of indwelling needle"， comparing the incidence rate of complications of indwelling needle by the activities of experiment through the improvements for the Quality Control Circle. Results Incidence rate of complications of indwelling needle reduced from 37.78% of pre-activity to 10.25% of after-activity.
